Head Weight

BENEFITS:  PERFORMED TO REPROGRAM THE POSTURAL MUSCLES IN THE NECK TO FORM THE CORRECT POSTURAL CURVE AND REDUCE FORWARD HEAD POSTURE.

POSITION:

- Centered, shifted right, or shifted left (as prescribed by the doctor or CA) on the forehead directly above the eye browns

TIME:

- 20 minutes twice a day

WHEN:

- Once in the morning, within one minute of rising out of the bed for 20 minutes

-Once in the evening for 20 minutes

HOW:

-The head weight should be done on a wobble chair for optimal results (see wobble chair instructions)

-If you do not have a wobble chair yet, then walk while wearing your head weight

-Keep your chin parallel with the ground while wearing your head weight

-Do not allow your head to tilt forward or backwards

**THE HEADWEIGHT IS ACTIVATED BY MOTION**
